The B.A.D (Believe, Act, Do) is a counseling strategy that assists clients with accessing and achieving  and living a soul centered life.  B.A.D. works in three areas: the mind, body and the soul. You are a temple, you are whole and complete. Being B.A.D is about an attitude, it’s about the way you feel about yourself. It is not based in ego, but in self love and positive perception.  If you believe then you can achieve! This process works as much as you want it to work. Anything good takes time, and it takes time for long lasting and meaningful change. Remember, what you put in is what you get out. How B.A.D. do you want to be?
